1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bubble Merge Fuse (hereinafter referred to as "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you") and the individual developer of Bubble Merge Fuse (hereinafter referred to as "Developer").

Bubble Merge Fuse is a casual puzzle game designed for entertainment purposes. This App allows users to merge bubbles with the same numbers to achieve higher scores, following a mechanism similar to the classic 2048 game.

Current Status: Free to use, no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Future Changes: The Developer reserves the right to introduce paid features, in-app purchases, or subscription models in the future. Any such changes will be communicated through App Store updates and within the App.

4. License to Use

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Privacy Policy, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on a single iOS mobile device that you own or control.

4.2 Restrictions

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the App

4.3 Ownership

The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms and Privacy Policy transfers ownership of the App to you.

5. App Usage

5.1 Age Requirement

The App is suitable for users of all ages. However, by using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

5.2 User Conduct

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to manipulate the App's functionality or scoring system
• Engage in any activity that may harm the Developer or other users

5.3 User-Generated Content

Currently, Bubble Merge Fuse does not support user-generated content sharing. However, if such features are introduced in the future, you agree not to upload or share the following content:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Content containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.4 Cheating and Fair Play

The Developer is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. You may not:

• Use cheats, hacks, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the App
• Manipulate game progress or scores through unauthorized means

Any violation of fair play principles may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the App, without prior notice.

6. Future Pricing and Payment Terms

6.1 Current Pricing Model

Bubble Merge Fuse is currently provided for free. There are currently no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features.

6.2 Future Pricing Changes

The Developer reserves the right to:

• Introduce one-time payment options (e.g., pay a fixed fee to unlock the full version)
• Implement subscription models (e.g., monthly or yearly subscriptions for premium features)
• Add in-app purchases (e.g., skins, themes, or other virtual items)
• Modify or discontinue free access to certain features

6.3 Pricing Change Notification

Any introduction of paid features will be notified through:

• App Store update descriptions
• In-app notifications
• Updates to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Existing users who downloaded the App before pricing changes take effect will not lose access to features that were freely available before the change, but may need to pay for new or additional features introduced after the pricing change.

6.4 Payment Processing

All payments will be processed through Apple's in-app purchase (IAP) system. The Developer does not collect, store, or process your payment information. All payment data is securely handled by Apple.

6.5 Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made directly to Apple, as the Developer does not directly process payments. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy, which can be found at:

6.6 Taxes

Prices displayed in the App Store do not include applicable taxes. If applicable, taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout by Apple's payment system.

8.1 Developer's Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the People's Republic of China and other countries.

8.2 User-Generated Content (if applicable)

If Bubble Merge Fuse introduces user-generated content features in the future, you will retain ownership of any content you create. However, by submitting content to the App, you grant the Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

8.3 Trademarks

"Bubble Merge Fuse" and related logos, names, and marks are trademarks of the Developer. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Course of dealing
• Course of performance
• Trade usage

9.2 No Availability Guarantee

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any errors, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted through the App
  • Any errors or omissions in the App
  • Any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App

9.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall the Developer's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Developer

The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or Privacy Policy
• Violation of fair play principles
• Use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software
• Any other conduct that the Developer deems harmful to the App or other users

10.2 Termination by User

You may terminate these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your iOS device
• Discontinuing use of the App

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• The Developer may delete your account (if applicable) and all related data
• Sections 7 (Data Collection and Privacy), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability), and the Privacy Policy shall survive termination

11. Modifications to Terms, Privacy Policy, and App

11.1 Right to Modify

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. The Developer will notify users of material changes through:

• Posting the updated Terms and Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Notifying users through App Store updates or in-app notifications

11.2 Right to Modify the App

The Developer reserves the right to:

• Add, remove, or modify features of the App
• Introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases
• Discontinue the App or certain features
• Modify the terms of use for specific features

11.3 Continued Use

Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the modified content, please immediately stop using the App. Discontinuation of use constitutes your termination of these Terms and Privacy Policy, and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be performed in accordance with the relevant provisions of Section 10 "Termination" of these Terms, with Sections 7 (Data Collection and Privacy), 8 (Intellectual Property), and 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability) remaining in effect.
